I’ve got some Germans staying with me at the moment, and it’s always been tradition that we exchange gifts whenever we visit each other, I with packets and packets of Tim Tams, and ze Germans with Jägermeister and kit from Rothermann FC. However this time i was blessed with a few Toraño cigars from my friend Patricia.
The first one i tried was actually the smallest of the three, the Liga A-008 Torpedo. Which at 6.1 inches it’s still a sizeable cigar.
First up the inital flavour is spicy with hints of cinnamon, rich wood and leather. There’s also a lingering chocolate note that makes it quite enjoyable. The last two inches i encountered an overly spicy section that was almost unpallatable, this might have something to do with the storage. The smoke was pretty tight and well rounded
