1 chicken breast sliced and marinated in teriyaki
1/2 cup garlic chives chopped
2 carrots julienned
1 large cucumber julienned
1 avocado sliced
3 cups bean shoots
2 large chillies chopped
1. Cook of the chicken in a dry pan and set aside.
2. In a sauce bottle add the eggs and garlic chives, put on some J Lo and shake well.
3. Using a crepe pan pour out some of the mixture to create a web. Cook for 1 minute and flip.
4. To assemble place a portion of each of the vegetables in the middle along with some chicken. Fold the egg basket and dress with Vietnamese mint.
