Its funny, how at uni all of your assignments are mostly due at two times during the semester: about 4 weeks in, and about the week 9 mark. This week i’ve sorta been in the middle so when i saw on the WagonWheels facebook page a suggestion for a pizza flavoured WahonWheel, i thought “Challenge accepted”. This recipe is based on a basic pizza dough recipe and can easily be adapted to different types of pizza.
500g typo 00 flour.
250ml warm water
15g dried yeast
tbsp olive oil.
Toppings are all up you!
1. Combine the sugar, yeast and warm water in a bowl and stir gently.
2. In a mixing bowl coming the flour and salt and add the water. Add the Olive oil. Using a dough hook (or hands) combine the mixture until it forms a dough.
3. Kneed for 5-6 minutes.
