Hip to the Hop to the Moussaka

I do love to get hiippytyhop with leftovers, and this recipe is a great way to use up leftover pasta sauces or leftover vegetables. You can easily substitute any part of this dish whether it be the tomato base, the cream base or the vegetables.

For this example i’ve use some grilled mediteranian vegetables, lefover bolognaise sauce and 300g of ricotta that has been cut with half a cup of milk to turn it into a faux bechamelle.
